In their new roles, Bosworth, Bahrenburg, and Kimball will oversee the planning and implementation of DEW's more complex projects from preconstruction through construction while serving as mentors to the project management staff. They will ensure that quality, schedule, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives are met on every one of their projects.
Since she joined the team nearly 14 years ago, Bosworth has worked on numerous projects of varying sizes and complexities. She has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, beginning her career as a Field Engineer and eventually advancing to Senior Project Manager. Bosworth has an Associate of Science in civil engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering management from the University of Vermont. Bosworth has earned her 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER card and is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering.
Bahrenburg began his career in the construction industry at a national CM firm in Boston, Massachusetts, directing the construction of upscale retail facilities. He has been an integral part of the DEW team for nearly 14 years, as he comprehensively understands the company's processes and provides leadership to its project management team. Bahrenburg graduated from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island, with a Bachelor of Science in construction management. He is OSHA 10 and 30-Hour Certified and is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering.
Kimball began his career in the construction industry nearly 40 years ago as a Carpenter. He is well-versed in every facet of preconstruction, construction, and project closeout. Kimball joined the team as a Project Manager in 2019. Kimball's expertise is vast, having worked on historic mill renovations, public safety facilities, K-12 and higher education projects, nursing home facilities, and hotels.
Deshais, promoted to Assistant Superintendent, began his career at DEW as a Carpenter nearly 16 years ago and was subsequently promoted to Foreman. Most recently, Deshais has been assisting in the supervision of the Bellows Falls Garage Multi-Family housing project with the Windham & Windsor Housing Trust. As Assistant Superintendent, Deshais will manage the field operations with the team, including coordination of trades, safety (subcontractor orientation, training, compliance), schedule review, first pass cost and change control, and quality control.
DEW also announces the addition of IT Support Specialist Kyle LeBlanc to the team. LeBlanc will be working with our IT Director, providing daily technical assistance for computers, software, cell phones, and printing and aiding with daily IT tasks and projects. LeBlanc earned a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, and has spent the previous eight years working in IT for banking institutions and health care organizations.
